7 Back to school tips

  1. START TO GET ORGANISED

  • Have a uniform and school stationeries ready.
  • Visit a school before the starting day.
2.GET BACK INTO YOUR SCHOOL ROUTINE 
  • set on a timer to wake you up every morning.
  • always take a good shower to freshen up.
  • have a good healthy morning breakfast.
3. BE CALM AND POSITIVE
  • take time to make friends
  • always be friendly to others
  • remain positive towards your mentors and subjects
4. SET GOALS FOR THE YEAR
  • know what you want to achieve at the end of the year.
  • always focus on your books to keep track of goals
5. DON'T PROCASTINATE AND PRIORITISE
  • have a to do list of task
  • never delay or postpone your studies
  • always be punctual to all your school work. 
6. BE PREPARED FOR THE UNKNOWN
  • Be adaptive to the new activities.
7. GET ENOUGH SLEEP
  • don't be harsh on your sleep
